2026 Chinese New Year Holiday Notice

As the 2026 Chinese New Year (Year of the Horse) approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for your trust,

support and long-term cooperation throughout the past years. To celebrate this traditional festival with our families, we hereby announce our holiday schedule as follows,

and assure you that we will do our best to minimize the impact on your business.

Holiday Period

Our official holiday will be from February 15th, 2026 to February 24th, 2026 (inclusive). We will resume normal work and production on February 25th, 2026, and all orders,

shipments and after-sales services will return to regular schedule at that time.

Important Reminder for Customer Service

During the holiday period,we will continue to receive your emails normally. Our professional team will check and sort out all incoming emails regularly (during working hours of the holiday),

and reply to your inquiries, order consultations and urgent needs as soon as possible. Please feel free to contact us via our official email address if you have any questions.

Order & Shipment Arrangement

1. For orders confirmed before February 12th, 2026, we will arrange production and shipment as scheduled before the holiday, to ensure that your goods can be delivered on time.

2. For orders placed during the holiday period, we will process them in sequence after we resume work on February 25th, and we will proactively inform you of the production and

shipment schedule once confirmed.
